WooCommerce Integration
Sync your WooCommerce catalog and manage its product images in ProductAI.
What it syncs
- Product names, SKUs, prices, descriptions and categories
- Featured images and gallery images
- On-demand and incremental catalog synchronization
- Generated-image publishing to a featured image or gallery is available when your workspace has publishing enabled.
Connect your store
Step 1: Create API keys
In WooCommerce, go to Settings → Advanced → REST API. Create a new read/write key for ProductAI, then copy the consumer key and consumer secret. Your store must be available over HTTPS.
Step 2: Connect
- Open Dashboard → Integrations.
- Choose WooCommerce and select Connect.
- Enter your HTTPS store URL and REST API credentials.
- Click Connect Store, then start a product sync.
Step 3: Enhance and publish
Open a synced product in ProductAI, generate the images you need, and publish a chosen image back to the WooCommerce featured image or gallery.
Troubleshooting
Connection failed
Confirm the URL is HTTPS and that the key has read/write access. Regenerate the key if the consumer secret is no longer available.
Products are missing
Run a new sync from the Integrations page. Changes made in either ProductAI or WooCommerce are reconciled during synchronization.
